Kickboxing is a striking craft based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

Using footwork, speed, agility and power, our classes will give you the fundamental tools to understand how to be an effective Kickboxer. We will cover the offensive and defensive strategies to enable success. During the process you will increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

When you come train with us you will learn different styles of kickboxing and techniques that are heavily influenced by both Dutch & Thai styles of kickboxing.
